Lianna Purjes

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

Everyone faces challenges in life. Our culture encourages us to be independent and solve our own problems, tough it out, but sometimes we need some help. You may be dealing with anxiety or depression, issues that are not easy to get over simply by “being more positive” as some may suggest. Having someone to talk to who understands and empathizes can be extremely helpful. Perhaps you’re a parent needing some guidance on how to best help your child, or your child is having behavioral issues and would benefit from having a safe space to process what’s going on for them and how to work through it.Sometimes you can find the solution on your own. At other times, you may feel stuck and need help. And that’s ok. We all need help sometimes. I provide mental health services for individuals, children, and families. I draw from a variety of different therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to you and what you need.As someone who has been a client in therapy myself, I understand how beginning this process can feel overwhelming, which is why I like to take things one step at time. Please feel free to contact me via email/phone for a free phone consultation.
