Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
People create change when they feel heard, validated, and are able to adjust their thinking to realize the strength hiding inside of them. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate through the necessary steps to help you find that strength within. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or numerous other problems that can keep people trapped and living in fear, we can work together to identify the roadblocks in your life and find the best way to address them.
What I love about being a therapist is the ability to help people develop coping skills to address life’s challenges and to help people realize their full worth and value. While my background stems from a Behavioral and Cognitive approach, my work pulls from an eclectic perspective that utilizes numerous modalities of therapy—creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore. Whether you have specific goals that you want to address, or just need a new and different perspective on your current or past situations, I tailor our sessions to meet you where you’re at in this moment of life.
Currently, I work with, and have extensive experience working with, diverse populations including aging populations, addiction, forensic patients, family therapy, and relationship issues. My specialties are centered around anxiety related concerns, issues pertaining to people involved in the arts, LGBTQ+ concerns, and movement disorders.
Please feel free to check out my website if you’d like to learn more about me, my experience, and background. Whether you’re looking to come to my office or work from the comfort of your home, services are offered from the privacy of my home office or through online platforms. I have evening and weekend availability. Contact me today so we can discuss what brings you to therapy and will help you get on the path towards leading a more fulfilling life.
