Lena McCain
Psychotherapist - MA
Life is really hard.
If you are a teen (11-17) or young adult (18-29), life can be even harder. From school to finances, to friends to family… the pressure just keeps growing. And these pressures? Well, they can make you feel worried, anxious, or even alone. But you don’t have to feel this way.
I see you for the person you are and meet you in the thicket of risk and opportunity, through your challenges and your strengths, and then help you build the skills to face pressures, make healthy choices, and feel happier. All of my therapeutic services are provided with a psychological approach in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling (MBTC). MBTC specifically uses techniques that are focused on your overall health in body, mind, and soul/spirit. By including your overall health in this capacity, you and I are able to unite your spiritual and cultural perspectives in our work together, encouraging an all-inclusive, insightful experience to healing and growth.
Evening appointments are available with a free 15-minute phone consultation to make sure that I’m the right fit for you. To learn more about me or schedule your 15-minute call, visit my website at https://interfaithbridge.com
