Lauren Smith
Psychotherapist - AMFT90449
In my practice, I work with clients to relieve anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes a trauma happens and we can’t quite get our nervous system back to where it was before. I use mindfulness and our mind-body connection to teach my clients how to regulate their own nervous system when anxiety and panic arise. It is so empowering to get your life back.
I also work with families, couples, children, and adolescents. Relationship dynamics are complicated and that can be especially true in our families. I help families and couples sort out what is happening, what they want for their relationships, and what needs to change.
You can have a life with more connection, less stress, and better communication. If you think we might be a good match, please don’t hesitate to call me for a free consultation.
