You’re not sure how to find relief. Maybe someone you love has died. Maybe you are the survivor of a traumatic event. Maybe you keep hitting the same roadblocks in life. You may have difficulty remembering things, completing tasks, getting out of bed, or going to work. You may feel guilty, angry, confused, sad, tired, or hurt. It may be hard to relate to others or find meaning in things you once enjoyed. Your body may ache. You may be struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavioral issues, relational problems, or substance abuse as a result of what happened to you. You may feel completely alone. You’re not alone.
I am a bereaved sister, daughter, and girlfriend. I work with those who have lost a loved one or survived a traumatic event. I provide a space for trauma to be seen and to be held. I support people in living their grief fully and honestly. I help people learn how to adapt to their losses. I provide the opportunity for survivors to create their own path.
This may be one of the most difficult times of your life. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and view healing as a mind-body process. The process of experiencing life by experiencing the span of emotions can help to free survivors to be present in their life in new ways. Our work together begins with a call, and a conversation. Let’s talk.
