Kristi Sanford
Marriage & Family Therapist -
Knowing you are not alone and having someone who cares about and supports you means everything when you feel anxious, scared or just lost. Change takes time and true growth can happen in that time. There is an answer to the problems we face daily. There is no need to continue with the pain and suffering which constantly drain our energy and direction in life. I would be honored to walk with you because I believe there is hope for change. Finding that hope can be the positive change that is needed in your life. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families. I offer a client-centered, Christian perspective to therapy. I am experienced in helping people with depression, anxiety, adoption, infertility issues, . Specializing in couple’s therapy believing that strengthening the marriage strengthens the family unit. I also specialize in treating those who have been physically/sexually abused, and experienced trauma. I am passionate about helping people through difficult times and helping them to heal. Seeking help is hard and reaching out knowing someone cares about what you are going through can make all the difference.*I am only seeing clients via telehealth located in California currently.
