Kristin Buller
Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW
My hope is that you find therapy to be a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel supported as you find new ways to navigate through the difficulties in your life. I work with individuals and couples and support people dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life changes, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, family conflict, and human-animal bond concerns. I practice from an integrated treatment approach which incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed therapy models. Your goals for what you hope to gain from therapy guides our work together.
A specialty part of my practice is veterinary social work services. I provide counseling as well as facilitate support groups for owners of “special needs” pets and owners dealing with grief and loss. I also support veterinary and training professionals around issues of compassion fatigue and self-care.
