Krista Hull
Registered Psychotherapist -
My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment where you can express yourself, share your story, and learn to use your inherent strengths and skills to make changes in your life. I specialize in working with adults and teens with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, romantic and peer relationships, life transitions, and gender/sexual identity concerns. I value collaboration and believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship where we work together to create a plan using evidence-based practices and incorporating your specific goals, cultural traditions, spiritual beliefs, life experiences, and strengths. My approach to psychotherapy is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, feminist, 2SLGBTQ*-affirmative, and sex-positive. I take an eclectic approach to therapy which is narrative-based, and client-centred, using empathy, self-compassion, and humour.
