I love helping people find and identify the different parts of themselves and how they present different roles and faces depending upon the situation or environment. I enjoy providing space for learning how to mesh these roles and faces together to create who the person is and how to be comfortable with that. The more we understand the parts of ourselves and know who we are, the more we know how to cope with life and what life throws at us, the more we understand to adapt, grow, and heal. This helps us understand and honor ourselves better. I’d love to be able to help you identify who you are, so you can be who you want to be.
I have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults who experience anxiety and depression who have experienced trauma. I have experience working with parents who are trying to survive parenthood. I have assisted adults who find themselves overwhelmed with the stressors of life. I’d be honored to help you as well.
Facing our “stuff” is hard, but you don’t have to face it alone. You are one step closer to being “you” by being here right now. When you have honored your identity, you heal yourself. Healing yourself, heals the generations yet to come. Are you ready to be who you want to be?
“I believe the greatest gift I can conceive of having from anyone is to be seen by them, heard by them, to be understood and touched by them. Your responses to the events of life are more important than the events themselves.” –Virginia Satir
