Kiel Newman

Provisionally Licensed Counselor -

Getting help to improve mental well-being can be a challenging endeavor. Regardless of whether you are struggling through issues such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or just the everyday challenges of life; counseling is a safe, non-judgmental place to explore and be yourself. My main objective as a counselor is for each client to feel heard and understood. I believe in the importance of working together to achieve mental wellness, healthy coping strategies for all of life’s difficulties, and work towards building a purposeful life. My holistic approach embraces the mind, body, and soul while examining internal and external forces causing us to feel how we feel.Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the counseling process. I am available weeknights and weekends, for individuals with busy schedules. I look forward to hearing from you!
