Regardless of whether you are struggling through issues such as anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or just the everyday challenges of life; counseling is a safe, non-judgmental place to explore and be yourself.My main objective as a counselor is for each client to feel heard and understood. I believe in the importance of working together to achieve mental wellness, healthy coping strategies for all of life’s difficulties, and work towards building a purposeful life.
