Kenny Allred

Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT

Relationship challenges can create some of the deepest confusion, frustration, and pain that we face. Sometimes in our relationships we feel stuck in cycles of conflict, misunderstanding, and loneliness. Though these challenges can feel overwhelming, healing and growth are possible! I work with couples to increase connection, develop clearer communication, and foster deeper bonds in their relationships.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-15238) in Arizona and have experience providing support to individuals, couples, and families. Some areas of focus in my work include couples therapy, anxiety, stress management, faith transitions, and support with other life transitions. I have training in and utilize research-based approaches in my work, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My goal is to create a supportive and safe space where your strengths can be cultivated and areas for growth can be identified and explored. I work to ensure each person I work with feels heard and valued. While change and growth can be difficult, you don’t have to do it alone! I offer a free phone consultation or free 30 minute face to face meet and greet to help determine if I might be a good fit for you. Give me a call to discuss the ways in which we might work together to achieve your goals.

*In addition to holding sessions at our Tempe office, I also offer in-home sessions for clients located in San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Florence, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Gilbert
