Kendra Lilley
Counselor - LCMHC
I acknowledge and connect with the feelings of disconnect, loneliness, and self-doubt that we all experience in our lives, while also guiding you in recognizing and embracing your inner light. Together, we will help you find a sense of acceptance and adventure in the many twists and turns of life.
I have experience helping people manage anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, ADHD, improve communication and develop a sense of security and integration as a unique human being. I utilize CBT, ACT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing readily in my work.
I am a big believer in the power of play, movement, and the therapeutic attributes of recreation. I incorporate eco-therapy, adventure and recreation into my work and implement my clients’ existing interests into our sessions.
