Kayla Scott
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT
I am passionate about relationships of all kinds and hope to help you with yours. Within the therapeutic relationship, I can assist you in the discovery of what works best for your unique relationships (parent-child, sibling, couple, friendships). I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples regarding various life transitions, anxiety, and mood disorders. I believe my clients can challenge the status quo and create a life of purpose.
Maternal Mental Health is a speciality of mine. The process of becoming a parent begins long before the birth of a child and can come with trials and tribulations. I support individuals and couples as they journey through pregnancy, birth, the transition to parenthood, postpartum mood disorders, as well as those enduring infertility, miscarriage, and perinatal bereavement.
Through compassion, authenticity, and humor, I work to create a safe, non-judgemental space where I hope you will feel empowered and heard. I enjoy supporting clients while they work through hardships and create a meaningful life.
