Kathy Haines
LPC
Life is filled with challenges. As your counselor, I will work collaboratively with you to help uncover your existing inner strengths to work through those challenges. By incorporating various methods including solution focused, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness I am able to tailor the therapeutic experience to your needs. Together, we can look at ingrained negative behavior patterns or perceptions and make positive changes.
My desire is to work with you, where you are right now, to help uncover your existing strengths, passions, and motivation. We will look at lifestyle patterns in all areas of your life including exercise, nutrition, spirituality, social connections, and financial beliefs and behaviors that are not allowing you to reach your potential. By becoming aware of these negative behavior patterns we can work together to help you make small changes that will have a domino effect. Even the smallest amount of progress can relieve that “stuck” feeling, which propels further change and improvement.
