Because I believe healing most powerfully occurs within the relational realm, I will be active and collaborative with you as we develop a connection with one another. My focus is to provide a safe environment where you feel accepted and heard. As we develop a trusting relationship, our work will provide an opportunity for formative experiences to be explored and healing to begin.
I specialize in working with women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, changes in roles & relationships, reproductive & postpartum concerns, and codependency. In our work together, we will focus on repairing past wounds and establishing new styles of relating both to yourself and others.
