My psychotherapy approach is paired with a holistic outlook that affirms each human as unique and essential. I carry a strong belief that a solid client-psychotherapist relationship can ultimately lead to healing, growth and transformation.
I admire the courage and resolve it takes to pursue and apply psychotherapy for change. I respect people who walk through my door. I find it exciting when a client gains insight, discovers personal strength, or makes improvements based upon our work together. Client reports of feeling better or more whole are worth celebrating!
