Karen Foreman
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
Everyone has their own story to tell. I am here to listen, not judge. I believe my role as your therapist is to use my expertise, authenticity and open-mindedness to aid you in achieving your goals at your own pace. I enjoy creating a safe and open environment in which collaboration, empathy, and honesty are essential. Because I know how intimidating it can be to seek out professional help, I am passionate about meeting you wherever you are on life’s journey and tailoring my approach to fit your individual needs and personality. I realize how important it is to feel a genuine connection to your therapist from the start. You’ll learn to manage anxiety/depression through developing efficient coping strategies. You’ll also improve your interpersonal relationships through healthier and more effective communication. Lastly, because you will be equipped with the skills necessary to live a healthy and happy life, your self-esteem and confidence levels will improve. If you are tired of not living your life to your full potential, feeling anxious, stressed out or depressed in your life or your relationships, I can help. I don’t have a magic wand, but I do have years of experience helping others feel happier, and a comfy couch.
