Justine Moore
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - MSW, LCSW
Through a compassionate, non-judgmental, and laid back approach, I have over 8 years of experience helping high functioning, adult individuals. My work with clients includes working together with them to overcome difficulties with: anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related problems, bereavement and the grieving process from the death of a loved one, to divorce, to loss of personal dreams, health, or career. I also work with communication skills, setting boundaries, conflict management, divorce, intimacy, LGBTQI+, life transitions, gender concerns, managing career & business, relationship issues, self-worth, sexuality, and stress.
Mental health and wellness are essential aspects of a healthy and happy life. Therapy can help with managing mental health issues, reducing stress, strengthening relationships, and improving quality of life and overall well-being. It is possible to feel better, both physically and mentally, with treatment, and start to enjoy life again. Whether it is for empowerment, having a sounding board, or just needing tools to navigate life’s journey, no one has to cope alone. The need for change can be big or small, but we all deserve support throughout this journey. In our work together, real change can be achieved.
