Do people ask you if you ever slow down? Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and/or having a hard time relaxing. Whether you are feeling like you are working so hard to please everyone around you or are juggling multiple responsibilities in the various roles in your life, there are ways to feel better. I enjoy helping adults find healthy ways of coping with stress, create better relationships and find balance in their lives.
I also enjoy working with kids, particularly teenagers. Through my work in various school settings, I understand how social, academic or family issues can affect a kid’s behavior. I give teenagers tools to manage their feelings and problem-solve. I help parents to provide individualized strategies to support their kids at home.
