I specialize in Short-term and Solution-Focused therapy which means we focus on the your current obstacles and goals so you don’t have to spend forever in therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and I offer daytime, evening, and weekend availability for the women in tech, finance, fitness, and entrepreneurship that I work with.
