You keep trying to “have it all” but you feel like you aren’t measuring up. You feel overwhelmed. You work so hard, yet you feel empty. You take care of everyone else, but forget to take care of yourself. These issues plague hard-working women who want what’s best for themselves & everyone in their lives. But trying to be everything to everyone is impossible. It can hold you back from truly embracing life & lead to chronic depression & anxiety, because you’re unable to meet these impossible expectations for yourself. But, therapy can help! You want a more balanced and purposeful life. Together, we can get there. I understand that feeling of “not enough” and I’m dedicated to helping hard-working women learn to have more compassion for themselves through convenient & nontraditional therapy options. Ask me about my walk & talk sessions, where we take a walk rather than sitting in the office for our session. I also offer online sessions for those who are busy, tired of sitting in traffic, or live in rural areas. Evening & weekend availability for all session types!
