John Stafford
Marriage and Family Therapist -
I engage my clients with therapeutic approaches focused on collaborative discussion with supportive reflection to provide a therapeutic process that allows the client to express themselves in a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where they can tell their stories and learn to make positive changes to meet their goals for personal growth.
I believe that anyone seeking therapy does so because they want to better understand themselves, their environment, and the root causes of their problems. They want to grow, flourish, accept, and love who they are. I know the path involved is challenging and I am honored to be there with you through the most important and personal exploration.
I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating. Still, sometimes a person needs an impartial, objective, and compassionate listener who will listen and provide a nonjudgmental perspective to help you find the answers you are looking for.
