Jo Eckler

Psychologist - Psy.D.

I believe that everyone needs a little help sometimes. Life is challenging, and learning more ways to relate to our thoughts and emotions can help. With my years of experience and training, I have a wide variety of tools to help my clients move towards building lives that feel more meaningful and fulfilling, no matter how difficult things have been for them in the past. I look forward to helping you too!

I am currently NOT able to take new clients for talk therapy. If you are transgender or non-binary and need a letter, I AM able to provide single-session evaluations for letters for gender-affirming procedures like hormones and surgery. If you like doing therapy over text, I am taking clients for messaging-only therapy via Trusst.app (go to Trusst.app for more information).
