Jessica Wallace
Mental Health Counselor Associate -
Do you often find yourself stuck, repeating similar patterns in how you relate to others? Even though you try hard to do better, forgive, heal, and move forward, you often end up right back where you started. It’s hard to trust people, and when you do you often end up hurt. During the day, you feel you are in a constant fog and find it difficult to make decisions or meaningful connections. At night, you wish you could flip a switch and turn off your mind so you could sleep. The way you have been coping isn’t working, and you feel overwhelmed. You want hope: hope to heal, hope to move forward, hope to feel more in control.
It is my honor to work with clients to help them find hope and feel understood. I come alongside you to help you unravel the fog, make sense of your emotions, and lean in with you to reach a healthier version of who you are meant to be. I work in a church setting and enjoy incorporating a client’s faith into counseling sessions.
It’s okay to feel the way you do. We all have emotions, and some are more overwhelming than others. Finding a good counselor shouldn’t be. Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation through my website and find out if I’m a good fit for you.
