I also specialize in integration counseling to help individuals to prepare for, process through, and get the most out of any transformational experience they have engaged with.I offer a strengths-based, humanistic approach, through ecotherapeutic, experiential, expressive, and mindfulness techniques to help individuals develop and strengthen their toolbox of holistic self-regulation and self-care. I believe each individual has within the answers they seek, but sometimes needs support and attunement to access their next level of self-individuation.
