Life can often be overwhelming causing excess stress and hardships. It’s easy for us to let it go so far that we don’t know what steps to take or where to turn. I utilize many different approaches tailored to your personality and strengths to build the outcome you desire. Techniques I use include Play Therapy, Brainspotting and CBT.
