Jessica Gaul

Counselor - LMHCA

Hello and welcome! Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or do you hold unresolved grief and loss? Do you have symptoms from previous or current trauma? I am available to help you resolve a range of hindering, and sometimes unavoidable, life circumstances.
While in counseling, we will take a calm, creative, and thoughtful approach to recognizing problems and discovering solutions. I foster a nonjudgmental and authentic environment for my clients to feel heard and able to engage. I speak with people keeping a core of social justice and multicultural awareness at heart. My goal is to help each client increase compassion while developing an enhanced sense of connection with others.
I am EMDR trained. I have a special interest with the Active Duty Military and Veterans community. I am also interested to work with clients who are concerned with pregnancy and new parenthood. My undergraduate work was in Applied Human Biology. While we are working together, we might take a look at the impact of distress on the body as well as relational factors.
I am approachable, interactive, and have an easy going communication style. Together we can explore your path to contentment.
