Psychotherapist - MS, CPC-Intern
My focus with my clients is to meet them exactly where they are and help them to find their way down the path towards healing. Much of my focus is working with individuals going through major life transitions and complex trauma.
I believe in the connection between body and mind and use many modalities that help to connect these together in a holistic way, to begin healing from trauma, loss, and grief, along with making behavioral and thinking changes.
Having direct experience with multiple losses, including spousal loss and multiple loss single incidents, I come from a place of understanding the impact these losses have on the various fibers of our life and the trauma they create. I also understand that each person reacts and processes differently and experiences grief in loss in their own unique way.
I also specialize in working with individuals (adult and adolescents) diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, Conduct disorder, and Borderline personality disorder.
