I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to be yourself and to explore more of who you are. I am eclectic in my approach. My go-to model is one that teaches you how to provide healing to yourself through its meditative qualities. This therapy model is called IFS (Internal Family Systems).
I enjoy working with trauma, relationship issues, addictions, depression, anxiety, panic, and codependency. I say yes to challenge and help you achieve greater levels of internal peace and life satisfaction.
I work with adults, couples, children, and therapists. I offer a sliding scale so everyone can afford. If you have had difficulty finding a safe, relaxed space in therapy before then you should definitely give this a try. I love this job and look forward to working with you.
