Jennifer Trinkle

Psychotherapist -

I help children and teens with anxiety and depression, kids who feel like they are never good enough, become comfortable in their own skin. I work with your child to help them find the good within and learn how to tolerate, ride out, and calm their anxious and sad thoughts. I also support you as a parent.

Finding a therapist who is the right fit can be daunting, particularly when our first meetings are via videoconferencing. While technique and approach are important, it is also about comfort and chemistry. I offer a free initial consultation to help us figure out if I am a good match.
