Jennifer Durasin
Registered Psychotherapist -
As a skilled psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, I offer individual counselling to adults, youth, and children (7+). Using art/play therapy with children and teens, my goal is to help them understand their stressors, navigate their way through custody issues, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from low self-esteem and trauma. I offer flexibility from a variety of perspectives in my work with adults who are looking to heal from trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, and chronic stress. As an Indigenous woman, I bring a wholistic approach to counselling to heal the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the self while acknowledging each individual’s innate unique gifts.
