Jennie Friedman

Counselor - LMHC, LPC

Hey There! Do you feel like you’re wearing a mask due to not feeling like yourself? Life can be unfair sometimes and we feel like we are not good enough no matter how hard we try. Do you put too much pressure on yourself that leads to dissatisfaction with your body or leads to never-ending anxiety? Being strong and pretending that everything is okay has gotten you far in life. Talking to someone you do not know about how you’re feeling is a challenge by itself. Clicking on my page is a courageous accomplishment and it means that you and I may be a great fit for therapy.
My specialties are helping clients who have learning disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I am working on getting my certified as an eating disorder specialist (CEDS).
I invite you to contact me by phone or check out my website for additional information. I look forward to working with you.
