Jeni Yarbrough
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW
Want to change your life? Do you feel like you aren’t sure who you are anymore? Integrating various spaces such as parks and hiking trails as well as a traditional office, we will work together side-by-side to explore your background, your belief systems, and your emotions that make up who you are as a person. My vision is to provide creative and flexible support to those who feel they are different. I engage you one on one to help you feel heard by someone. By working with me as your therapist, you will be challenged to be your best self. I can help you focus, organize your thoughts and feelings so that you can feel empowered to live fearlessly. My goal is to help you take active steps to change your life. By using en eclectic and creative approach to treatment, I like to incorporate activities that enhance learning capacity. Using various education tools like the Genderbread, and Feminist and Queer theory’s, I can help you understand intersectionality in sex, gender, desire and social, political and family constructs in your life.
PS-I also use ASL (American Sign Language) in my practice.
