Jean Pappalardo

Sex Therapist/Psychotherapist - LMFT

I am a culturally centered, sex-positive therapist and specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationships, sex therapy, LGBTQ+, People of Color & gender/sexual identity. I provide an affirming space to work with individuals and couples.
I think of therapy as a place to gather tools. These tools can help you identify your feelings, better understand yourself and manage uncomfortable emotions. When you’re feeling confused or stressed therapy can be the place where you don’t have to know all the answers, and that’s okay.
What’s it like to work with me? I am a warm and compassionate therapist who speaks from the heart. I am intuitive and I customize therapy to meet the needs of each client. I believe in focusing on a client’s strengths to work through issues.
