My focus is to guide you in empowering yourself in order to improve your mental health, and ultimately, your overall well-being.

I am trained and certified as an Anger Management Trainer- Specialist. I am an active Member of The National Anger Management Association. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am bilingual/bicultural (Mexican/American) and can provide psychotherapy in English and Spanish.
