I know it’s important to trust your therapist so you can let your walls down and open up. Having a good fit with your therapist is important, and I’ll do everything I can to build rapport and provide you with an encouraging and nonjudgmental space where you can heal.Using a warm, caring, and encouraging approach, I give you the time and space to open up when you’re ready. I find one of the best ways to get to make someone feel comfortable is using a sense of humor when appropriate. Anxiety/depression, illness, and medical conditions are never easy to deal with, but I’m here to help you through the process so you can begin to heal emotionally.
