Janeane Grisez

Counselor -

Reaching out for help can be an overwhelming process that requires you to be courageous and vulnerable. When you are feeling sad, disconnected, hopeless, and uncomfortable in your own skin, the obstacles you face may seem hard to overcome. Wellness may seem out of your reach, especially when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed by your feelings. You want to feel happy, hopeful and to believe that you can connect with others who accept you and support your sense of worth, love and belonging. Together, we will focus on overcoming obstacles and begin a healing journey of wellness and growth. I will be happy to support you in a non-judgmental, calm and inviting space, as you develop skills to begin managing your feelings in a healthy way. You will be empowered through personal reflection and increased awareness so that a healthy change can initiate in the mind and body. Sessions will include verbal processing and/or art therapy for total wellness. I am looking forward to walking beside you on your path to wellness and recovery.
