Jamie Hidalgo
Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LPC
Feeling stressed? Burnt-out? Overwhelmed by feelings of frustration, sadness, or exhaustion? As your therapist, I believe in building a strong alliance within therapy to help identify the source of your stress and help build resiliency so you can move forward with your life. I utilize an integrative approach in session and have extensive training and experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and stress management in adults. I also help at-risk adolescents (11+) and their families when behavioral concerns, such as defiance, aggression, or suicidal thoughts & actions, have resulted in academic, social, occupational, and/or legal difficulties. Additionally, I specialize in working with people in high-stress occupations, those struggling with compassion fatigue, as well as secondary trauma in first responders. Regardless of your reason for seeking out therapy, I provide a confidential, reflective, and non-judgmental environment as we work together to achieve your goals. I continuously strive to develop new skills so I can best serve each person on their journey through this life, foster growth, and help people re-discover meaning and hope. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and help you find fulfillment.
