Jamie Earnhardt

Psychotherapist - LPC, LMHC

There is life beyond diets and body shame. How would you show up differently in your life if you were free of the yo-yo dieting, weight shame and feeling out of control around food?

I help women and teen girls end body shame, honor their hungers and feel comfortable in their own skin. Together, we get to the root of emotional and binge eating and develop skills to manage worry, stress and your inner critic so that you can ditch the diet rollercoaster, accept your body and start living your fullest life- at ANY size.

Whether you’re already practicing body acceptance or have no idea where to start, you know that you’re ready to stop declaring war on yourself. With a compassionate, direct and body positive approach, I’m excited to help you make changes from an empowered & connected place.
