Marriage & Family Therapist - LMFT
A Tool Based Practice to Show you the Secrets of Happiness-
How to Be Unconditionally Loving- with yourself when faced with the Gift of High Standards, Negativity and Depression.
As unhappy as things are right now, some essential part of you wants to be happy, and realizes things could be different.
Do you experience disappointment, resentment and hurt when it comes to the very people you care about the most? I actually know you can feel better, even within the very first few sessions of therapy.
Over the past 30 years, I have seen 1000s of clients over the years develop deep, loving and meaningful relationships. I am here for you. A San Francisco based, Stanford Trained, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 30 years, I offer both Classical and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy to Turn your Life into a Success Story.
If Life is “what happens when we were making other plans,” I can provide you with an Empathy Tool Kit to give you the chance of greater happiness, when things go awry- in spite of everything.
Early on, I provide you with an Empathy Tool Kit that includes powerful and practical communication tools so that you can let go:
of negative re-occuring thoughts, anger, and the hurt and the disappointment that can and does distract us and get in the way of loving relationships. You will discover a new level of confidence; which will allow you to experience more joy and happiness in a profound way, in your most important day to day, and sometimes even confounding, relationships. Do you struggle with showing up in the way you want to: with procrastination in school or work; anxiety when dating someone new; or perfectionism in your career, or when it comes to parenting your child? My therapeutic approach will give you the exact tools to help you overcome critical and overwhelming anxiety, and defeat those re-occuring and sometimes ruthless negative thoughts that too often has lead to depression. So if you struggle with the same negative themes and patterns and problems in relationship; with habits and addictions; with procrastination, with worry and dread or fears: You can call me. 415.420.3619
