Hillary Jennings

Marriage & Family Therapist -

We live in a culture where we deal with daily stress and sometimes trauma based on our marginalized identities, whether they be race, gender, sexual orientation, class, or ability level. Combine that with the fast pace of everyday life and the ongoing effects of climate change, and it becomes easy to feel overwhelmed and lose our balance. Having been in practice for 15 years and tuned into the ways in which our culture affects us all, I am ideally suited to help you regain control of your life. Reaching out to a therapist can be scary. I work to create an open, judgement-free environment where you can feel comfortable and we will work on your problems together, one step at a time.I have extensive experience helping people with symptoms including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, sleep problems, and poor eating habits in addition to life transitions, cultural problems, and family issues. As a marriage and family therapist, I am well-trained in working with couples, but I also work with individual adults frequently. I have a systemic approach, meaning I take into consideration the many different relationships and contexts that you live within.
