Henna Cho

Associate Clinical Social Worker -

Under the supervision of Jeni Yarbrough LCSW (#70644), I provide online and in person therapy in  Los Angeles County, in the state of California.Do you feel alone or unheard? Do you feel overwhelmed with the curveballs that life throws? They say the first step is the hardest… well you made it! Therapy is not as scary as it sounds. Whether you’ve worked with therapist in the past or it’s your first time, I applaud you for stepping out of your comfort zone and giving therapy a try.I integrate trauma informed cognitive behavioral therapy techniques during sessions to help empower you to heal, grow, and learn skills to add to your mental wellbeing toolbox. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to walk with you at those challenging moments and provide guidance during your self growth journey, in a safe non judgmental environment. I’m excited to be part of your story and look forward to working together!Growing up as an Asian American, I am familiar with the dual acculturation and challenges encountered, but also have a long history of serving those from different cultures. Furthermore, I have experience working with those in foster care and navigating the process, as well as helping those undergoing grief, loss, breakups, depression, and anxiety. Wherever you are in you life, my purpose is to provide guidance, empathetic listening, in a non judgmental environment.
