Helen Dempsey-Henofer

Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -

Some times in life we feel stuck: whether due to grief, anxiety, trauma, or adjusting to a new stage in life. I see the counseling process as a collaboration between the counselor and client to support you in reaching your goals and getting unstuck. It’s a privilege for me to get to work with people through their challenges and to see their growth. I prioritize a foundation of trust in the therapy process and use tools that include challenging unhealthy thought patterns and using creative expression. If you are in a place in life where its time to prioritize self-care, I’d welcome a conversation with you.*** I am currently offering HIPAA-compliant teletherapy sessions to support social distancing efforts in response to COVID19
