Your mind is like a runaway train and you wish it would stop. You might feel off-kilter, anxious or overwhelmed. You may have tried everything you can think of. But maybe there’s another way. It *is* possible to get relief and to discover more freedom, satisfaction and meaning in your life.
I’d love to help. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and with varying world views. My approach is to address your current stresses while exploring what has happened that brought you to this place as well as keeping an eye on where you’d like to go.
