Heather Martens
Psychologist -
Hello! Thank you for your consideration. I have been a clinical psychologist since 2005 and have worked with individuals across the lifespan. I have also done a lot of work with families and couples. My goal in providing treatment is to meet each person where they are and to understand their perspectives. This allows me to develop realistic treatment plans and use evidence-based treatment methods to help individuals reach their personal goals. I have an eclectic tool bag of therapeutic modalities that are able to be individually customized. I always strive to recognize strengths throughout the therapy process. I hope to provide new insights and effective problem-solving techniques. I look forward to helping make positive changes throughout therapy.
