Heather Hall
Mental Health Counselor - LP -
“It’s always something…”: a phrase many of us find ourselves saying. It’s true that life always brings challenges. So why do some seem able to meet those challenges gracefully while others seem to crumble? This is the kind of resilience I am excited to help clients find within themselves. I am a mental health counselor that’s here to support you through when those “monkey-wrench” moments inevitably come.
We will use evidence-based approaches such as person-centered, cognitive behavior therapy, and mindfulness to collaborate together on your mental health journey.
Areas of Focus
I am dedicated to working with clients experiencing:
• Anxiety and stress-related concerns
• Perfectionism and performance-related pressures
• ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Relationship transitions, including breakups and divorce
• Domestic violence recovery and trauma healing
• Mood disorders, including bipolar disorder
Clinical Experience
My graduate training included intensive practicum experience in:
• Crisis counseling and intervention
• Group therapy facilitation
• Behavioral management and support
• Working with individuals with diverse needs and abilities
Community Commitment
I am especially committed to serving BIPOC communities and understand the importance of culturally responsive care. It is my wish to create a safe, affirming space where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
