Heather Duke

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist -

I’m here to help you and your loved ones feel happier and closer. As a Marital Family Therapist, I specialize in counseling individuals and couples who have felt overwhelmed and beaten down by life’s obstacles, which in turn affects their family or marital dynamics. Life’s journey can be challenging, especially when navigating stressors tied to low self-esteem, work-related conflicts, and the intricate web of relationships within our families. It’s no small feat to balance household responsibilities, nurture a strong marriage, tend to our children’s needs, and still prioritize essential self-care. Through the utilization of therapeutic models such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a wide range of other supportive approaches, I facilitate organic healing, growth, and resilience within the therapeutic space.
