We ask a lot of our mind and body and this takes a toll on our life, both mentally and physically. Add busy schedules, intimacy issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, plus endurance training and/or a medical diagnosis (or two!) – and well, life can feel even more challenging. These compounding stressors impact our ability to connect with ourselves and others, as well as our ability to lead a satisfying and full life. My hope is that together, you can (re)discover your path to a fulfilling and integrated life.
I offer couples and individuals a somatic (body-based) therapeutic approach to health and wellness. While traditional talk therapy is useful, and we will do some of that, I incorporate the body in a variety of ways based upon your therapeutic goals, ability/mobility, and comfort to help heal the entirety of you: the mind and the body.
