Hannah Loftus
Licensed Master Social Worker -
I’d love to work with you on your journey of healing trauma, setting boundaries, and connecting with your body and emotions. I became a therapist because I noticed so many of us have experienced trauma and are not able to find healing from talk therapy alone.
I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic approach to therapy that aims to heal trauma in ways different from talk therapy. I also use EMDR to help you reprocess traumatic memories. I use these therapy techniques to support your healing, as well as draw from Internal Family Systems, and principles of mindfulness to support a mind-body connection. My style is warm, supportive, and direct.
I’d love to schedule a 15-minute phone call to see if we might be a good fit. Feel free to get in touch via phone call or email to set up a time to connect. I am an LMSW under the supervision of Megan Coit, LCSW-S.
