Hannah Lacaire
Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LPC
Cognitive behavioral therapy has been studied and shown to help people recognize and manage thinking patterns that are either hurtful or helpful for one’s well-being. I want to support others in learning how to re-train one’s thinking to be healthier and strength-based. When an individual is provided with the proper tools to understand and cope with their experiences, these internal resources can then be applied not only in the moment, but for a lifetime. It’s important for people to be aware of their thought process, potential, and attributes in order to function successfully. When people have anxiety or depression it is hard to envision stability. I am committed to helping others recognize strengths and reach goals by collaborating and working as a team.I really enjoy helping kids, teens, and families work through their challenges, compromise together, and meet their goals. Additionally, I enjoy supporting young adults with work-life balance and career adjustments. I have also worked extensively with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and clients with down syndrome.
